Plot Summary

Plot: Detective Sean Riley (Johnny Strong of THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS FRANCHISE) is trying to cope with the death of his young son and the failure of his marriage when his mentor, Captain Pete Trahan (Tom Berenger of INCEPTION), reassigns him. Teamed with Detective Will Ganz (Kevin Phillips of RED TAILS, NOTORIOUS), the pair must solve a series of brutal homicide cases that have sparked a major gang war in the storm ravaged streets of New Orleans. It soon becomes clear that Riley's childhood friend Colin (Sean Patrick Flanery of TV's DEXTER, THE BOONDOCK SAINTS) is involved, and the detectives realize there is something far more sinister at play than either could have imagined.
Rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America.
