Plot Summary

Plot: The world's most revered monster is reborn as visionary new director Gareth Edwards (Monsters) unleashes the epic action adventure GODZILLA. Starring an international ensemble cast led by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Oscar® nominee Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai, Inception), Elizabeth Olsen, Oscar® winner Juliette Binoche (The English Patient) and Oscar® nominee Sally Hawkins (Blue Jasmine) with Oscar® nominee David Strathairn (Good Night, and Good Luck.) and Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston, GODZILLA is a powerful story of human courage and reconciliation in the face of titanic forces of nature -- when the awe-inspiring creature rises to restore balance as humanity stands defenseless. This spectacular adventure pits the world's most famous monster against malevolent creatures that, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.
Rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America.
