Bugsy, On Demand Movie, Drama

Plot Summary

Plot: Warren Beatty stars as Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel, who runs the rackets in New York along with Meyer Lansky (Ben Kingsley) and Charlie "Lucky" Luciano (Bill Graham). Leaving his family behind, Bugsy is sent by his partners to Los Angeles, where on a movie set he is captivated by the beauty and wit of starlet Virginia Hill (Annette Bening). Although she is the girlfriend of a compatriot, Virginia becomes Bugsy's true pursuit and obsession as he takes over the L.A. rackets. They connect and disconnect, make love and make war, but they also join forces as the builders of Bugsy's dream, a hotel in the desert of Las Vegas to be called the Flamingo. Winner of the 1992 Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture - Drama, Bugsy garnered ten Academy Award® nominations and won for Best Costume Design and Best Art Direction.
