Effective Date: October 2, 2012

Redbox Tickets Network Sales Terms

1. Introduction. The Redbox Tickets Network is a primary ticket marketplace that allows you to buy tickets for your favorite events.

Redbox Tickets Network is a Redbox Platform through which select venues and ticket sellers may offer and consumers may purchase tickets for events in the primary ticket market. These Redbox Ticket Sales Terms ("Ticket Terms") describes the terms on which Redbox offers you access to the Redbox Platform and are Additional Terms governed by the Redbox Terms of Use accessible via the Terms & Conditions button on the Cart page or the Help button on the Welcome Carousel page. You agree to these Ticket Terms and the Redbox Terms of Use when you purchase primary market tickets via a Redbox Platform that posts these Ticket Terms.
These Ticket Terms are a contract between you ("you," or "user") and Redbox ("Redbox," "we" or "us" as used in this Agreement) and applies to your purchase of tickets.
The Tickets Terms are effective on September 1, 2012 for all users of the Redbox Platform after September 15, 2012 and constitutes your acceptance of these Ticket Terms. We may periodically make changes to the Tickets Terms, which will be posted on the Site and effective thirty (30) days following posting for current users or immediately for new users.

2. Purchasing Tickets Via A Redbox Platform

Redbox has contractual relationships with certain companies that choose to sell tickets in the primary ticket market via the Redbox Platforms. When you purchase a ticket, Redbox is handling the transaction and collecting payment for those companies. You understand and agree that Redbox is not the owner of any tickets you purchase, but rather, is merely the platform through which you purchase tickets from the ticket seller. Therefore, you understand and agree that Redbox does not:

• Own any event venues;
• Set the prices for tickets;
• Set the number of tickets allocated to the Redbox Platform for an event;
• Control the location of the seats you obtain;
• Manage the event productions for which you purchase a ticket;
• Set the time of the event productions (all times listed are local for the venue);
• Determine if an event needs to be cancelled, changed or postponed;
• Choose the performers for any event; or
• Resell tickets previously sold or acquired in the primary ticket market.

The Redbox Platforms may be one of the many places a company chooses to offer tickets for sale. You agree that Redbox will not be liable if an event sells out, a ticket seller limits the number of tickets it makes available for an event or for any technical error that prevents you from accessing a Redbox Platform to purchase tickets or otherwise. You also understand that tickets for an event available at one Redbox Platform may not be available at all Redbox Platforms. For example, there may be more events to choose from at redbox.com than at a Redbox kiosk.

You agree that when you purchase a ticket you are purchasing a revocable license to attend the event associated with that ticket. All tickets are subject to these Ticket Terms and any additional terms imposed by the venue and ticket provider.

Note that we may share your information with the applicable venue and/or ticket seller to process your transaction, for recordkeeping or for other internal business purposes. Please also read the Redbox Privacy Policy available via the Terms & Conditions button on The Cart page or the Help button on the Welcome Carousel page, which explains Redbox's information collection practices.

3. Prices, Taxes, Fees & Discounts

When you purchase tickets, you agree to pay the ticket price displayed which includes the ticket/item price plus, when applicable, convenience charges, facility charges and additional taxes, which will be separately stated (except in states or local jurisdictions where additional tax isn't charged). The amount of each fee may vary, depending on the details for the tickets you purchase. Our sellers may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on sale date and we will not refund the difference between the original price and the discounted price if you purchased tickets prior to the reduction in price. Likewise, our sellers may increase the price of tickets after the original on sale date and you will be charged the price advertised at the time of sale. You also understand that the price for tickets on the Redbox Platforms may be different than the price for the same tickets available at another ticket outlet. All ticket prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

4. Ticket Limit

You may be limited to a certain number of tickets for each transaction. The event listing will contain the maximum number of tickets available, and this number will be verified for each transaction. Redbox reserves the right to void tickets purchased in excess of stated limits.

5. ADA Seating

We use reasonable efforts to obtain ADA-accessible tickets from our ticket providers. However, if you want to purchase ADA-accessible tickets for an event and the Redbox Platform does not have any such tickets available, please check with the applicable venue by contacting the venue box office directly. The venues and ticket sellers (not Redbox) set their own ADA seating policies and the venues may choose not to allocate ADA-accessible seating to the Redbox Platforms.

6. Order Processing & Purchase Confirmation

Orders are processed only after payment and all billing information has been verified. If we cannot verify billing or payment card information, we will not process your order and the tickets originally allotted to you will be placed back on sale for anyone to purchase. Note that ticket purchase transactions will be processed separately from any other rental or purchase you make during a visit to a Redbox Platform. For example, if you choose to rent a movie and purchase tickets to an event during a visit to one of our kiosks, your payment card will be charged separately for the rental and tickets.

In most instances, Redbox will confirm your ticket purchase via the email address you provide at checkout. In some instances, the venue or ticket provider will confirm your ticket purchase. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your purchase after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Redbox if your order has been placed by contacting our customer support through one of our convenient methods of self-service at Redbox.com or by calling 1-866-REDBOX3. If your payment card is tied to your Redbox.com account, you may review your transaction history, receipts and obtain other information about your ticket purchases by logging into your Redbox.com account. You may also review your transaction history, receipts and obtain information about your ticket purchase by clicking on the applicable link in your ticket purchase confirmation email.

7. Ticket Delivery

Information regarding ticket delivery options for the event you are purchasing will be displayed on the event listing, so please read and review the event listing carefully. If the tickets you purchased can be printed at home (as determined by the applicable venue), you will be able to print your tickets after your order is processed by logging in as directed with your redbox.com username and password (you must have a redbox.com username and password to print tickets at home). Print at home tickets contain a unique bar code that corresponds to each ticket and must be brought with you to the event. Some events will require you to proceed to the will call window to obtain your tickets prior to entry and some venues require personal identification, which may include a requirement for a government issued identification card. In some jurisdictions, where permissible, the venue has imposed restrictions on the tickets transferability or resale and entry may be denied to any ticket holder other than the original purchaser. Other events will allow you to be admitted directly through a general admissions ticket. Redbox will not issue any refunds for any lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged tickets or a person's inability to comply with venue ticketing or identification requirements.

8. General Refund Policy

A customer's ability to obtain a refund will be determined by the venue and/or ticket provider (and not Redbox). All refund requests must be submitted through our online refund request form at redbox.com, via one of our customer support agents or as instructed in an e-mail about the refund process. If a refund is approved, the refund will be for the ticket's purchase amount, applicable taxes (except in states where additional tax is not charged) and fees. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. Only the original purchaser will be issued a refund, so if you receive tickets purchased via a Redbox Platform as a gift, you will not be eligible for a refund. If a refund is approved, please check your payment card statement in approximately 5-7 business days to ensure that your refund has been processed. Please contact us if you have problems or questions regarding our refund policy or your refund request.

9. Customer Requested Refund
We may not be able to allow a refund for ticket purchases because venues and ticket providers set their own refund policies and those policies dictate whether we can offer a refund at all.

10. Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

Event dates and times and any other event specifics printed on the face of the tickets, or in any correspondence from Redbox, are always subject to change. It is your responsibility to check for any possible changes. You agree that Redbox is not responsible for changes in date or time of an event or any other event specifics.

Canceled Events - If your event was canceled prior to its start and Redbox receives information about the cancellation, Redbox will use reasonable efforts to send you an email notifying you of the cancellation and any available refund process. Refunds and the refund process for events that are canceled after they start will be determined solely by the venue or ticket provider.

Rescheduled Events - If your event is rescheduled and Redbox receives information about the new date/time of the event, Redbox will use reasonable efforts to send you an e-mail to let you know the new date/time of the event, any re-ticketing process and any available refund process. In most cases, your existing ticket will be sufficient to enter the rescheduled event. In some cases, Redbox, the ticket provider or venue may need to reissue your ticket. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through our online refund request form at redbox.com, via one of our customer support agents or as instructed in a reschedule notice e-mail. However, as noted above, the decision to offer and issue a refund for a rescheduled event and the timeframe to obtain any such refund will be made and determined by the venue or ticket provider (and not Redbox).

Redbox will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled, rescheduled or changed event.

You understand that you must bring, as applicable, your printed tickets and any required identification to the event. Redbox recommends that you bring valid and current government-issued photo identification with you to the event. If there are multiple parties attempting to enter using the same single ticket, only the first party that arrived with the ticket will be admitted. In some jurisdictions, where permissible, the venue has imposed restrictions on the tickets transferability or resale and entry may be denied to any ticket holder other than the original purchaser.

Venues reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly, who uses abusive language or who fails to comply with the venue's rules- without refund. You are subject to all security policies of the venue, which may require search of you and your belongings. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims. If you do not consent, you may be denied entry without refund. And you agree that Redbox is not responsible in any way for the actions of the venues with regard to security or otherwise.

12. Event Restrictions

Some events may have certain restrictions. For example, some events will only admit people over twenty-one (21) years of age or who have a certain affiliation, such as being a student at a particular educational institution. It is your responsibility to determine if a particular event restriction applies to you (and your party, if applicable) and to fulfill all criteria in order to gain admittance. No refunds will be given if you are declined entry to an event due to a restriction.

13. Pricing Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect for any reason, including, without limitation, an error in a price posted or otherwise communicated, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then Redbox (at its option and without further liability) will have the right to cancel your entire order and refund to you the amount that you paid.

14. Additional Liability Limitation and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that objects may fly into the public areas during an event and injury can occur. In addition to the limitation of liability detailed in the Redbox Terms of Use, you assume all risks incidental to the event you attend, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and whether connected to the event itself or in connection with your preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any event On behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor, you waive any claims for personal injury, property damage or death and fully release Redbox and the Redbox Parties from any liability whatsoever connected with the event or your purchase or use of the tickets you buy through the Redbox Platforms. You agree Redbox is not primarily or secondarily liable for anything associated with the event, including cancellations, postponements, etc.

It is your responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for everyone in your party. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. You agree that Redbox will not be liable or responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers, or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds under either of these circumstances.

15. Resale of the Purchased Ticket By You

Many states and jurisdictions have prohibitions or restrictions on the resale of event tickets by individuals or corporate entities. Please consult with your local and state law enforcement on the applicable laws as they pertain to event ticket resales, prohibitions, restrictions and licensure requirements. Redbox assumes no liability and cannot render legal advice with respect to permissible sales activities.
