  • What are your mobile terms?
    When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you agree that Redbox may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. Redbox will send you up to 2 messages per week. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may opt-out at any time by texting the word STOP to shortcode 727272. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. For help, send a text message with the keyword HELP to short code 727272. You may also be able opt-out or change your preferences on our web site. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase our goods or services. You agree to notify Redbox of any changes to your mobile number and update your account(s) with Redbox to reflect this change.   • What's the Redbox Text Club?
    The Redbox Text Club is a group of customers who want to get great deals sent to their phones. If you're a member, you'll get surprise deals and Redbox news sent straight to your phone!

  • How do I sign up for the Redbox Text Club?
    All you have to do is text the word SIGNUP to 727272. (Up to 2 messages a week, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help & STOP to cancel.)

  • Will I be charged for the promo codes I receive from the Text Club?
    Redbox will never charge you for the promo codes you receive from the Text Club. You might see some message & data rate charges from your mobile provider, though, so be sure to check your plan.

  • I’m in Canada. What can I do to get more info, or to unsubscribe from the Text Club?
    For help, you can text HELP, INFO or AIDE to 828282. To unsubscribe from the Text Club, please text the word STOP or ARRET to 828282. You can also contact our Customer Care team at 1.855.REDBOX5 (1.855.733.2695) for more info.

  • I got a promo code thru the Text Club, but it didn't work. What should I do?
    The promo code will only work on the day you receive it. If you tried to use your code on the day you received it but it still didn't work, please contact the Redbox Customer Care team.

  • I didn't get my promo code texted to me until the nighttime, so I didn't have a chance to use it. What should I do?
    Redbox always sends out the promo code texts between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., local time (based on the area code of your cell phone). If your promo code comes later than that, it might be an issue with your phone. Please call your mobile provider to find out what's going on.

  • Can promo codes be used to rent Blu-ray™ movies or video games?
    Yes! Your promo code will give you a discount off the price of your first day's rental for a Blu-ray Disc® or video game.
