How do I sign up for Reveal a Deal? You can sign up for weekly surprise deals, sent out each Saturday through June 28, by texting SUPER to 727272.
What will I get when I text? We’ll send you a mobile scratch card each week that will reveal a surprise deal. The deal can be used for your movie or game night, depending on which offer you get.
What can I use my promo code for? It depends on which deal we send you. It’ll be one of these:
A 50¢ discount on your first rental day of any disc.
A 75¢ discount on your first rental day of any disc.
$1 off of a 1-day game rental.
Rent any disc and get a 1-day DVD rental for free.
Take $1 off your first rental day of any 2 discs.
Get a 1-day Blu-ray Disc® rental for the price of a DVD.
When does my promo code expire? Promo codes issued on Saturday expire the following day, Sunday, at 11:59 p.m. CT. Bonus codes that are earned on Wednesday expire the following day, Thursday, at 11:59 p.m. CT. When we text you your code, the expiration date will be included in the message.
What should I do if my promo code doesn’t work? If your promo code doesn’t work, please call us at 1.866.REDBOX3 (1.866.733.2693) and we’ll look into it for you.
How many times can I use my promo code? Each promo code can be used only once.
Can I pass my promo code to a friend? Sorry, promo codes are non-transferable.
How many promo codes can I get? Each mobile number is eligible to get one code each Saturday thru the end of June, with the option to earn a bonus code on Wednesdays in June. We’ll send you a text every day you can scratch for a new code.
Can you email me the code instead? Sorry, no – Reveal a Deal is a text-only offer. If you can’t participate because you don’t have a cellphone that can text, stay tuned for more great Redbox deals coming soon!
Can I use more than one promo code for the same transaction? Sorry, no – you can only use one promo code per transaction.
I texted but I didn’t get an invitation to scratch off a promo code. What should I do? We’ll send you invitations to play every Saturday thru the end of June. If Saturday came and went and you didn’t get a text, please double-check that we sent you a confirmation text message letting you know that you joined Reveal a Deal.
