A skeleton crew, including officers Caretti and Cole, are working the final shift of a closing police station when a demon named Inkubus calmly walks in with the severed head of a murdered girl and confesses his litany of crimes. Inkubus, the officers soon learn, wants his one phone call to contact the detective who almost caught him some thirteen years before.

Rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America for horror violence/gore, language and some sexuality.
