  Just in time for Cupid, Redbox, America's destination for entertainment, today announced 2012's most and least romantic U.S. cities based on the number of romantic comedies rented in 2011. La Crosse, Wisconsin advanced from last year's second-place finish to earn the title of America's most romantic city. Conversely, Laredo, Texas is the least romantic city for the second year in a row.

  Redbox Automated Retail, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) today announced a renewal agreement with Walmart to continue featuring Redbox® kiosks at more than 3,700 Walmart locations nationwide.   “The Redbox contract with Warner Brothers to acquire movies directly expires today (January 31, 2012). Redbox will continue to provide our consumers with affordable access to new release movies from all major studios including Warner Brothers at our more than 28,000 locations nationwide. We will work to provide Warner Brothers’ movies through alternative means. Redbox maintains direct working relationships with every other major studio,” said Gary Cohen, senior vice president of marketing and customer experience at Redbox.
