I texted but I didn’t get a promo code. What should I do?

Please make sure that the keyword you are using is spelled correctly, and that there are no extra characters (including a signature) in your text. Please also make sure that the shortcode you’re using is 727272. If you still don’t get your code via text within 24 hours, contact the Redbox Customer Care team here. Have your mobile number and carrier ready to share.

How will I know if I won?

At the end of the promotion, you will receive a text that lets you know you have won. It will have instructions for you to follow in order to claim your prize.

Can I enter twice in one day?

There will only be 1 giveaway per day and you will only be able to enter once daily.

Can I win multiple prizes during the Holi-Days of Deals giveaway?

What if I don’t have a mobile device?

Holi-Days of Deals is a mobile program. Redbox Automated Retail, LLC (“Sponsor”) may offer daily deals (“Daily Offers”) for all eligible participants who text DEALS to the short code 727272. Daily Offers are redeemable in the form of promo codes, additional Redbox Playpass points, or other offers as set forth below and in the text from Sponsor. Participation in this Daily Offer promotion constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Eligibility: Daily Offers open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are at least age 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) and own a mobile phone at the time of entry.

Promo Code Terms: Daily Offers for a specified discount, free, or rent-one-get-one are delivered in the form of promo codes. Use of a promo code is subject to the terms that accompany it when delivered. General Terms: Limit one Daily Offer promo code and one redemption per day.
