Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes! We sell packages of 5, 10, 20 or 50 promo codes that can be used for 1-day rentals of DVDs, Blu-ray™ Discs or video games. They're delivered via email or Facebook, and they can be used at any Redbox location in the United States, at redbox.com or on the Redbox mobile app. For more details and to get started, go here.
Q: What should I do if I want to send promo codes to someone, but I don't know his or her email address?
A: No problem! Just select yourself as the recipient, and have the promo codes emailed to you. Then, when you get the email, you can print out the codes and hand them out in person. Use them as stocking stuffers, party favors, raffle prizes – whatever you want!
Q: If I buy a package of promo codes, can I break them up and give them out individually?
A: Yes! Just select yourself as the recipient, and have the promo codes emailed to you. Then, when you get the email, you can click on the codes to create separate gifts with each one.
Q: When I buy a Redbox Gift, what exactly will the recipient get?
A: They'll get an email with links to 5, 10, 20 or 50 promo codes (depending on which package you buy), which are each valid for a 1-day rental of a DVD, Blu-ray Disc™ or video game (depending on the package). They can then print out the promo codes and use them at any Redbox location – or they can use them to reserve their rentals at redbox.com or on the Redbox mobile app.
Q: Can the promo codes be used at redbox.com or on the Redbox mobile app, to reserve rentals ahead of time?
A: Yes! They can be used to reserve discs online or on the Redbox mobile app. (Promo codes bought before November 6, 2012, though, can't be used online or on the Redbox mobile app.) Note that you can only use one promo code per transaction, and you'll be charged for any other discs in your cart.

Q: When I use a promo code, how much will I be charged?
A: If you use it to rent the item it was intended for (a DVD, Blu-ray Disc or video game, depending on the package), or one of lesser value, you won't be charged anything for the first rental day. You'll just be charged the regular daily rental rate for any extra days you hold onto the disc. (If you use a promo code to reserve a movie or game and never pick it up, then you won't be charged for extra days.) If you use your code to rent something that has a greater value (for instance, if you use a DVD promo code to rent a Blu-ray Disc or video game), you'll be charged the excess amount.
Q: Do I need a credit card when I use my promo codes?
A: Yes, you'll need to swipe a credit or debit card in order to cover any extra-day charges, or charges for other discs in your cart.
Q: Will the promo codes cover the second rental day?
A: Sorry, no – promo codes only cover your first rental day. Your credit or debit card will be charged for any extra days that you hold onto your disc.
Q: If I send promo codes to someone, who gets charged if the movie or game is kept out for extra days?
A: The extra-day charges are the responsibility of whoever rents the discs.
Q: What if the Redbox Gifts email is lost?
A: If you've lost your Redbox Gifts email, please contact Giftango at 1.855.889.0036 so they can send you another one.
Q: Do the promo codes expire?
A: Nope! There's no expiration date.
Q: Can my DVD promo code be used to rent a Blu-ray Disc or a game?
A: Sure! But since the daily rental rate of a DVD is less than the daily rental rate of a Blu-ray Disc or game, your credit or debit card will be charged the extra amount. And remember – if you hold onto your disc for more than one day, you'll be charged the regular daily rental rate for each extra day.
Q: Can my Blu-ray promo code be used to rent a game?
A: Sure! But since the daily rental rate of a Blu-ray Disc is less than the daily rental rate of a game, your credit or debit card will be charged the extra amount. And remember – if you hold onto your disc for more than one day, you'll be charged the regular daily rental rate for each extra day.
Q: Can my video-game promo code be used to rent a Blu-ray Disc or DVD?
A: Yes! You can use your promo codes to cover the first rental day of any disc of equal or lesser value.

Q: If I buy promo codes, what will appear on my credit- or debit-card statement?
A: It'll appear on your statement as "Gift Card Purchase."
Q: Once I buy promo codes, how quickly will they be delivered?
A: In most cases, the email will be sent within 5 minutes after you've completed your order. If it takes longer than that, please note that there might be a delay from your email carrier, and be sure to check your spam folder. If it's been four hours and you still can't find the email, please contact Giftango at redbox@vcdelivery.com or 1.855.889.0036, and they'll help you out.
Q: How will I know if my order went through?
A: Once your order's complete, we'll email you a confirmation receipt.
Q: What if I want to buy lots and lots of promo codes at once? Can I do that?
A: Sure! For orders of $1,500 or more, please call Giftango at 877.880.0272.
Q: What terms and conditions apply to Redbox Gifts?
A: Redbox Gifts are subject to the Redbox Gifts Terms and Conditions. Rentals from Redbox using Redbox Gifts (including reservations online or via mobile application) are subject to the Redbox Rental Terms and Conditions.

Redbox Gifts are issued and sold by Redbox Incentives LLC, an Illinois company. Redbox Incentives uses Giftango, a third party provider, to handle credit and debit card payment processing. When you purchase Redbox Gifts, this provider collects your credit or debit card information and processes your payment transaction on behalf of Redbox Incentives.
Q: When does the offer start? When does it end?
A: The offer – where you can get a free promo code for sending a Redbox eGift – starts on 4/29/13 and ends on 5/12/13
Q: How do I get my bonus promo code for a one-day DVD rental?
A: All you have to do is buy any package here, and be sure to enter your correct email address at checkout. If you do, we’ll email you a promo code on Monday, May 13.
Q: When will my promo code expire?
A: It’ll expire on 5/26/2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST.
Q: How many promo codes can I earn?
A: No matter how many eGifts you buy, you’ll only earn one promo code. It’ll be sent via email on Monday, May 13.
Q: If I buy a package of game codes, or Blu-ray Disc codes, what type of bonus code will I get?
A: No matter what type of package you buy, your bonus promo code will always be good for a free one-day DVD rental. You can also use it towards your first day of any game or Blu-ray rental (but it won’t cover the total rental cost).
Q: Can I use my promo code for online reservations?
A: Yes! You can use your code on redbox.com and the Redbox mobile app.
Q: Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Q: I didn’t get my promo code. What should I do?
A: If you bought a Redbox eGift between 4/29/13 and 5/12/13 and you weren’t emailed a bonus code, please call the Redbox Customer Care team at 1.866.REDBOX3 (1.866.773.2693), and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
