Q: How long is the promotion valid?

Q: If I rent two movies online will my rentals qualify for the free movie?

Sorry. Only rentals made in person at a redbox kiosk qualify for this promotion.
Q: If I rent two movies on the same day from the same machine will I get a free rental?
A:

Only rentals made at the same time, in a single transaction, will qualify for a free rental.
Q: If I rent a Blu-ray will it count?
A:

Yes. Blu-ray and DVD rentals both count as qualifying rentals in the promotion.
Q: If I rent a game will my game rental count?
A:

Sorry. This promotion is only available for DVD and Blu-ray rentals.
Q: If I use a promo code for a rental, will my transaction count?
A:

To qualify for this promotion when using a promo code, you must have two or more discs at regular price after deducting the value of the promo code in your cart. When in doubt, rent your free movie separately from the others
Q: What if I enter the wrong email?

Please validate the accuracy of your email address during checkout. Only email addresses provided during the check-out process will be awarded a free rental.
Q: How long do I have to use my free rental code?

Your rental code is valid for seven days from issuance.
Q: When will I get my free rental code?
A:

Free rentals codes will be sent via email 72 hours after the qualifying transaction.
Q: How many free rentals can I earn per day?
A:

One. But, you can earn a new free rental each day of the promotion – that’s 30 free movies if you rent two every day in June.
Q: If I rent four movies at once, do I get two free rentals?
A:

*Offer available during the period beginning 12:00 AM CDT June 1, 2010 and ending 11:59 PM CDT June 30, 2010. To qualify for the free one-night rental, you must provide a valid email address at the time of check-out. To qualify for the offer, two or more DVDs must be rented and actually paid for (e.g., not using a promo code) in the same transaction at a redbox kiosk during the offer period. Transactions performed online at redbox.com DO NOT qualify. Customers with an outstanding balance due to collection issues or having prior history of abuse may not be awarded a free rental.

Free one-night rental will be delivered via email within 72 hours after the qualifying rentals in the form of a promo code valid for seven days from issuance. Only one promo code will be awarded per customer, per day. Promo code is valid for the first night of rental only, and does not apply to Blu-ray discs or video game rentals. For each subsequent day you keep a DVD, your payment card (necessary to redeem free night’s rental) will be charged the applicable daily rental rate plus tax. Additional rental terms and conditions apply, and can be found at each redbox kiosk or at www.redbox.com.
