Days of Deals runs from 10/7/2016 to 10/16/16 at 11:59pm

What can I use my promo code for?

It depends on which promo code we send you. It’ll be one of these:

  • Rent any disc, and get a DVD free for 1 night
  • A $1 discount on any two discs
  • A 75¢ discount on any disc
  • A 50¢ discount on any disc
Can I use the promo code when I reserve a rental online or on the Redbox app?

Yes, you can use your code online and on the Redbox mobile app.

When does my promo code expire?

Each promo code expires on 10/16/16 at 11:59pm CT.

How many promo codes can I get on my phone each day?

When you text in, you will receive 1 promo code per day, with the exception of bonus days where you are eligible to get up to 2 promo codes.

Can you email me the code instead?

Days of Deals is a mobile only program. If you can’t participate because you don’t have a mobile phone that can text, stay tuned for more great Redbox deals coming soon!

Can I use more than one promo code for the same transaction?

You can only use one promo code per transaction.

I texted but I didn’t get a promo code. What should I do?

Please make sure that the keyword you are using is spelled correctly, and that there are no extra characters (including a signature) in your text. Please also make sure that the shortcode you’re using is 727272. If you still don’t get your code via text within 24 hours, contact the Redbox Customer Care team here. Have your mobile number and carrier ready to share.
